PreclinicaUniovi Fiji is a version the programme Fiji make by the Photonic Microscopy and Image Processing Unit of the University of Oviedo. With a series of functions and "plugins" oriented to working with preclinic images from equipment of: Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR),Scanner of Computerized Tomography (CT) and micro-CT, existing in the lab of Preclinic Image at the University of Oviedo, specifically, the reading functions of images programmed for the images generated by the following equipment: :

• - Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, 3T MRI of MR solutions.
• - PET-CT, Argus SEDECAL
• Micro CT, SkyScan 1174

At PreclinicaUniovi FIJI there have been grouped, together with the programme FIJI, a series of "plugins" of great use for the management of preclinic image. All of the functions of the programme are grouped on a graphic interface with a group of buttons that facilitate its use by the users..

The programme counts with a manual in Spanish, with a detailed explanation for its installation as well as each one of the functions and plugins that integrate it. .

New Version 1.11 (2-6-2017). ). In this new version errors have been corrected when reading the calibration of the images of micro-CT obtained with the last version of the software SkyScan.
